We are continuously looking to improve our services to you and welcome your feedback. There are lots of ways you can do this.

If there are any problems about the way you have been treated or if you are unhappy with any of the services we provide, you need to tell us as soon as possible. In the first instance, please talk directly to the staff member involved or you can contact our General Business Manager, Andrea Cunniffe.
Feel free also to put something in writing if you prefer, addressed to the General Business Manager. We will deal with your problem or complaint openly and promptly and will keep you informed. You also have the right to use independent procedures, which are outlined in pamphlets from the Health and Disability Commission and are available in our waiting room.
